"Neat Balls"

When Scott was in his twos he loved malted milk balls. Somehow he called them ‘neat balls’.

One Saturday we joined the Wolthuis family at the Houston Zoo. Donna Wolthuis had learned that there was a new petting facility focused on kids our kids’ ages.

When we arrived and went in, Scott found the goats and then cried out ‘neat balls!’ Kathy actually was lightning quick in stopping his hand before it reached his mouth.
